Bingo Liao graduated from Changchun Medical College, majoring in clinical medicine, responsible for product design and operation. Worked in Qihoo 360 and other famous enterprises During his growth process, he experienced a cross-industry transformation.After that he become personal webmaster hrough self-study of Internet. He founded largest voting software platform of China when he was in 360. He has 9 years of experience in the Internet and good at practice and execution.
